Thanks to continuous R&D activity and the experience gained with many installations in different application fields, Sinergo developed several series of robots and special machines for selective soldering.

Selective soldering is a process that makes possible to obtain high quality standards in the junction of parts and high productivity

With Sinergo machines it is possible to reach precisely defined points in electronic circuit boards, semiconductors, composite materials, metals, electromechanical components, sensors, automotive systems, energy conversion systems, and more… while ensuring reliability, repeatability, control, process traceability according to Industry 4.0 standards. 

In addition, there is a considerable improvement in terms of quality of the soldering process and in the cleaning of soldered parts.

The machines or the Sinergo automatic assembly lines also allow a drastic reduction in costs and optimal production planning.  

It is also demonstrate that the reduction of the manual management of the product (processing, transportation and so on) results in the reduction of defects due to human error, thus raising the quality standard and decreasing the costs of rework.

Sinergo with its know-how and almost thirty years of experience is specialized in these three types of selective soldering:

• electromagnetic induction soldering
• hot iron soldering
• laser soldering

Depending on the need, Sinergo can integrates other technologies such as micro-flame, ultrasound, hot-bar soldering, hot air soldering, micro-soldering with Nd-Yag laser, soldering with diode laser and also special heat treatments under high vacuum.
